Policies

At W Salon Spa & Wine Bar, we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies. It is our goal is to be fair and timely to all of our clients. Below are our up-to-date salon policies to ensure that you’re prepared for your upcoming appointment with us. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our team.

Parking

We offer private parking for all of our guests conveniently located to the left of the salon.

Children & Guests

We ask that children or multiple people not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving services, many guests look forward to their salon experience as personal pampering time. Accept our appreciation for your understanding, thank you.

Same-Day Appointments

We do accept same-day appointments if a technician is available, to guarantee an appointment time please reserve your appointment online or call 513.321.1300 for assistance.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment as there may be other appointments scheduled.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

By booking an online or an appointment by phone with W Salon, Spa & Wine Bar you hereby agree to W Salon’s no-show and cancellation policy as hereinafter set forth:

 

NO SHOWS

If you fail to appear for any scheduled appointment without notifying W Salon in advance of your cancellation, you will be charged, and you hereby agree to pay to W Salon, a no-show fee in the amount of 100% of the total cost of the scheduled service.

 

CANCELLATION

If you notify W Salon, Spa & Wine Bar of your cancellation of any scheduled appointment at least 48 hours in advance of such scheduled appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

 

If you notify W Salon of your cancellation of any scheduled appointment upon fewer than 48 hours advance notice, then you will be charged a cancellation fee in an amount equal to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service (the “Cancellation Fee”). The Cancellation Fee, however, will be applied as a credit to any appointment that you reschedule and that occurs within 30 days after the date of cancellation. In the event that you do not reschedule your appointment, or in the event that the your rescheduled appointment does not occur within 30 days after the date of cancellation, the Cancellation Fee will not be applied as a credit, and instead the Cancellation Fee will be deemed to be forfeited to W Salon.

 

DEPOSITS

For services over $300 you are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the scheduled service that will be credited to the appointment. For cancellations/no shows the above policy will apply.

Payment Methods & Pricing

Prices subject to change without notice. W Salon accepts cash and all major credit cards.

Product Returns or Refunds

We will accept any unopened or damaged product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or product exchange with equal or lesser value with receipt excluding brushes and tools. Opened products, not more than half used (within 30 days) can be exchanged or offered an in salon credit, no refunds.

Service Refunds

If you are unhappy with your service we ask that you call within one week to reschedule with your stylist to help with any challenges you may have, W Salon & Spa does not offer any refunds on services. We cannot guarantee results on Hair Color/Highlighting Services or Keratin Smoothing Treatments if you are not using the professional products recommended by your stylist. Please call 513.321.1300 with any concerns. Complimentary consultations are always recommended if you need more guidance with your hair.

Right To Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Personal Property

W Salon & Spa is not responsible for any damage or loss to your personal property or vehicle.
