Three-month commitment. Your membership requires a minimum of 3 months. If you cancel after that, you may not re-sign up for one year.
Card on file. Keep a valid card active for your recurring monthly charge.
Monthly transfer. VIP savings post on the 1st or the 15th, based on your enrollment date.
Birthdate. Give it to us at your next visit so we can plan your birthday service.
Member only. Benefits are non-transferable and accounts may not be shared.
Beverages. House wine, Coke, Diet Coke, or fresh-ground coffee or tea, with a service.
Appointments. Late cancellation (under 48 hrs) is a 50% charge, refundable at your next visit within 30 days; no-shows are 100%.
Cancelling. After the minimum, VIP balances become a 2-year W Salon gift card. Inner Circle Hair Extension Membership payments pay for services and do not accumulate.
